So after Yoshi passed away my wife and I decided that we wouldn’t get a new cat for a few weeks or even months. We needed time to recover. So in true Smith family style, three days later we went to the local animal shelter and adopted two kittens! After all, it was National Cat Day!

Today for Black Cat Appreciation Day 2016 Yoshi would like you to all take a moment to appreciate him and all that he does.

Over the weekend we celebrated Yoshi’s fifteenth birthday. That may be kinda old for a cat but he looks good and he feels good so we’re looking forward to many more birthdays to come!
